Fully licensed and bonded, Bouma Build offers general contracting, development and build/design services for custom home builds, remodel projects, residential additions, technical and structural construction and more.
Nathan Bouma is a third-generation builder who was brought up in the construction industry. Working from the bottom up, Nathan began his career at 17 years old, working for his father’s development company in Washington state. From land development and subdivision, multi-family projects and his own personal custom spec home and duplex builds, Nathan has lead construction on over 15MM in residential and commercial building projects throughout Washington state and Palm Beach, Fl.
In 2006, Nathan relocated to Scottsdale, AZ where he has overseen construction on over 110MM in residential real estate projects, including multiple high rise condo developments across the Valley, totaling over 400 units. In addition, Nathan has renovated and remodeled homes ranging from 1,200 square. feet to 10,000+ square feet throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Tempe and Ahwatukee. Nate currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife and two sons (generation four).
